Heat Pack Bundling:
Heat packs are exclusively offered with our plants. For a box containing two plants in 6-inch pots or smaller, one heat pack is included. For 8-inch pots, each plant receives its own heat pack.

Shipping Considerations:
The quantity of heat packs may vary depending on the plant's height and pot size. For plants in 8-inch pots or larger, each plant is shipped separately in its own box to ensure maximum safety.

96-Hour Heat Pack Add-On:
We offer a 96-hour heat pack add-on with every plant purchase. If the forecasted temperature is 50°F or below, we recommend adding a heat pack. For optimal results, please select Priority Mail instead of First Class to reduce delivery time and ensure the heat pack remains active. (Please note: We are not responsible for any USPS delivery delays.)
