🌍 Shipping Details:
Plants are shipped via direct flight from Indonesia to Florida. From there, we use USPS Ground for local delivery to your address.
If you prefer faster shipping, we can upgrade to USPS/UPS Air or other express options. Contact us for details.

📦 Packing Process:
Roots are wrapped with sphagnum moss to maintain hydration during transit.
For local delivery to your address, we use durable cardboard boxes for added protection.

⏳ Processing Time:
Orders will align with our monthly shipping schedule to ensure faster, safer, and more reliable delivery.

📋 Guarantee Policy:
Replacement: Guaranteed for plants that arrive dead or heavily damaged beyond recovery.
Minor Damage: Minor issues like dead leaves are not covered.
Refund: Refunds available (terms and conditions apply), but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Winter Protection: If shipping during winter months, please confirm with us to arrange extra packing for winter protection.
